Room Rates

Please note that the following periods have minimum 2 nights required:

  • Bikefest (Oct.)
  • 24-25 Dec
  • Spring Break (Mar.)
  • Easter
  • Memorial Day (May)
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day (Sept.)

There is a 72hr (3 day) cancellation policy for refund of deposit. A $10 fee for credit card processing and paperwork is retained

All spring break reservations will require a $200.00/ room damage deposit.

Rooms are generally non-smoking, with smoking allowed on room balconies and all outside areas.

No meals included.
