Please note that the following periods have minimum nights required:

• Bikefest (Oct.), 2 night min.
• 24-25 Dec, 2 night min.
• Spring Break (Mar.), 2 night min.
• Easter, 2 night min.
• Memorial Day (May), 2 night min.
• 4th of July, 2 night min.
• Labor Day (Sept.), 2 night min
  

There is a 72hr (3 day) cancellation policy for refund of deposit. A $10 fee for credit card processing and paperwork is retained

All spring break reservations will require a $200.00/ room damage deposit.
